Scope of work
Each project is defined by the brief agreed in writing: target criteria, fields required, volume and delivery format. Changes to the brief may affect timelines.
Samples
A free sample is provided at our discretion and carries no obligation on either side to proceed with a paid project.
Accuracy
Research is compiled from publicly available sources and reviewed by a human researcher. Contact details can change over time, so we do not guarantee that every record remains accurate indefinitely.
Acceptable use
Clients are responsible for using delivered data in line with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including data protection and electronic marketing rules.
